"I know people can go anywhere for a home loan. So, I feel honored when someone chooses me to help them with the home loan process. "
What is your specialty as a loan officer?
I have enjoyed working with physicians, dentists and veterinarians for more than 18 years. Through home loan programs for doctors, I have developed good relationships with local hospitals and KU School of Medicine. These programs help recruit new physicians to the Wichita area, and I love helping them with their home loans!
In a room full of loan officers, what makes you stand out?
I receive many referrals because I do my best to provide legendary customer service. Communication is key to ensuring a smooth and streamlined transaction. I make sure I am available outside of business hours, so customers and their realtors can contact me, and I try to go to closings. It’s important to be there for customers from beginning to end, even after they close on their home loans.
What do you like most about your job?
When customers come to me with financial obstacles, it’s very rewarding to make a positive impact on their lives. I take great pride in coming up with banking solutions that help them achieve their goals and dreams. There are many other banks in our community, and I feel honored when someone chooses Andover State Bank. I don’t take that lightly. I want every customer to feel important and valued because they are very important to me!
How do you stay active in the community?
Since I moved to Wichita in 2016, I have been involved with great organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, United Way and Wichita Area Builders Association. I also volunteer with Better Halves, a resident spouses’ group at the Wichita Center for Graduate Medical Education.
With all the banks out there, why should someone choose ASB?
By coming to Andover State Bank, you have local people that truly care about you and your financial needs. We offer great products and services, and we take the time to get to know you by name. You are not just a number here! Every customer is important and matters to our organization.
