What is your specialty as a loan processor?
My specialty is communication. I provide top-notch communication to keep the borrower, loan officer and realtors informed of what stage the loan is at, and what I need to do to get the loan closed with minimal stress.
In a room full of loan processors, what makes you stand out?
As a strong Mortgage Loan Processor, I emphasize efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration. Communication is key to ensuring a smooth and streamline transaction. I process our loans with a high accuracy rate, as well as my 25+ years working with underwriters, loan officers and other parties to resolve issues and improve processes to ensure the loan closes in a timely manner.
What do you like most about your job?
First and foremost, it’s the wonderful team I work with! We are all dedicated to helping the borrower(s) with their financial needs, and it shows with all the numerous customers we serve.
